→ 1st pics of 2026 and 1st photo op since my accident the day before Thanksgiving. It was a little awkward trying to navigate with a camera on my property, with crutches, especially in the wet, but it felt wonderful to have a camera in my hands again.

→ I was trying to find a couple of cabooses near the industrial park in Catoosa (it actually has a Tulsa address - on Tiger Switch Rd, just west of N 170th E Ave). I found them on a spur at this location. Just after I had finished taking pics, I heard a train coming, and was able to get a video of that also.

→ Just happened to come across this train as I was crossing the road, and decided to film it.
→ It's running along Historic Hwy 66.

→ I was at a store in southern Owasso and these jets kept flying over us!
→ I'm assuming that these aircraft are in fact F-16's, and I'm also assuming that they are flying with the 138th Fighter Wing at the Tulsa Air Nat'l Guard unit at the airport.

→ On my way to a men's Bible study and breakfast, I saw this sunrise and had to pull off the freeway to photograph it. At I-44 and Flint Road.

→ Drove 2 hours to get here from Claremore. These are all single shots, and by that I mean there was no stacking. They were all shot between 12:30am and 3:00am. I probably should have gone farther west, towards Pawhuska Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, but I was concerned about trying to set up all my gear with buffalo about. Didn't want any close encounters!

→ Missed one of the best sunrises of the year this morning, so I thought I'd try for sunset. A storm coming in made it almost impossible to see the sun, but at least I was able to get some color.
