​   2016 - May trip to CA   

5/12 to 5/22

​----------

• 1st day was a trip with Dad and Phil Toma to Kennedy Meadows and Whitney Portal.  

• The next couple of days I walked 26.2 miles at the ACS Relay for Life. 

• A few days later Phil Toma and I drove to Mammoth Lakes.  

• The next day I hiked 9.35 miles along Laurel Creek, starting at elev 7,212ft and reaching 9,613ft. 

• The following day Phil and I fished (can you call it fishing when you don't catch anything?) on the Owen's River outside of Bishop, CA.  

• The day before I left LA we took a quick trip to the beach.

Dad and I hiked 7 miles in Little Lakes Valley.  The entire hike was over 10,000ft elevation.  Also spent some time exploring around

the Mammoth Lakes area.
