Road Trip to the Pacific Northwest

   2nd stop today • Sunset at the Peter Iredale Shipwreck, Ft. Stevens, OR   

► Sunset at the wreck of the Peter Iredale.
► Shipwreck from 1906 on the northwest coast of Oregon, near Astoria.
→ When we got to Seaside, where we met our kids Joseph Schott and Jennifer Schott and their children, the beach there was totally socked in with fog.  Geri stayed with them, but dad and I headed to our hotel room I Astoria (not enough beds at the Air BNB).  But when we got closer to Astoria, I noticed that the fog wasn’t as bad here.  Headed to the beach and was rewarded with this great sunset!
