3rd stop   

Astoria–Megler Bridge, Astoria, OR

► This is the view from my hotel room!  I was really surprized that a Motel 6 could be in this location!

I had asked for a downstairs room, but they didn't have any available. 

All the way up the stairs I was frustrated at having to carry all our junk up the stairs by myself

(Dad is 89, so I get to do most of the lifting). 

When I turned around, my frustration changed to fascination because of this view.
