September California Trip
9/10/2024  •  Hetch Hetchy Reservoir • Yosemite National Park 

   5th and final stop today - Hetch Hetchy Reservoir   

All of today's stops are in Yosemite National Park.
Not as frequently visited as Yosemite Valley, this lake is a little farther north, but is also part of the park.  Long drive on old roads, but well worth the effort.  Interesting history.  

The dam was built after the 1906 San Francisco earthquake to create a supply of fresh water for the bay area.
