Hiked the Bison Trail at the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma today with my sons Danny and Bryan. 7.57 miles. Probably more than I should have hiked, but I made it in 7.5 hours. It was foggy all day, and very wet and cold. But we had a great day anyway!
