Road Trip to the Pacific Northwest

   4th stop today • Haystack Rock & Cannon Beach, OR   

► After lunch we went to Cannon Beach to see Haystack Rock.  

When we got there it was almost impossible to see because of the fog.  

It would get less dense, and then cut out the view again.  

I tried my best, but then started to head back to the beach (I shot most of these while standing in the water).  Half-way there, they all started telling me to turn around, and wouldn't you know it, I had to head back to the water because the rock formations had finally opened up so I could get some decent photos of them!
