Road Trip to the Pacific Northwest

   3rd stop today • Mexican Hat Rock , UT   

► Not far from the Moki Dugway, and just north of the town of Mexican Hat,

is a rock formation high above the San Juan River called Mexican Hat Rock.  

It's been balanced up there for as long as I can remember.  

But it's only one small part of the total beauty of the creative majesty on display here.
→ I tried not to fly too close - I didn't want to be the one responsible for knocking it off of it's pillar!
