Flight to LA; Drive to St. George, UT

10-4-2023 - First day of another road trip with Dad.

• Flight from Tulsa to LA via Denver - 5 hours in the air.

• Drive from LA to St. George, UT - 418 miles.

• Planned to shoot some static aircraft at Edwards AFB, but the signs everywhere were emphatic -

          NO PHOTOGRAPHY - NO VIDEOGRAPHY - NO TRESPASSING - OR ELSE - so didn't shoot there.

• Planned to take a few shots of an old caboose on a siding at Boron, CA - it's not there any more.

• Did shoot a few at Zzyzx, a little "town" in CA near Baker - pics and video attached - read about it here...

• Planned to shoot in the Virgin River Gorge along I-15 in the NW corner of AZ, but it was pitch black by the time we got there.

• Got up this morning at 4am central time - got to the hotel at 10pm mountain time.
