​   Moved to Claremore, OK and started a new job.   

2003 was a tough year.

→ I lost a job in January (after 23 years with the same company), had to sell our house in Broken Arrow, OK, and had to work at a couple of temp jobs just to put food on the table.

→ Then in December, I got a new job in Claremore, OK.  A literal answer to prayer.  Since I had been working for an international distributor, I asked God to give me a job working for a family owned business that was in manufacturing.  And that is exactly what I was given.

→ And then this house.  What a blessing.  Over 4 acres, on a hill, with a pond.  And trees!  Oh my goodness!  What more could a city boy, originally from Los Angeles, CA, ask for?  We bought it in December of 2003, but we didn't actually move into it until January of 2004.

What a year!
